The level of quality just wasn't there like it was supposed to be, the issues ranged from poor structural management of the supported titles and the cheat codes themselves, cheat codes being a bit of an issue in some use cases, ranging from working but at an inaccurate level, crashing the game(s) being played, and or corrupting save data as a whole.
